The Team You'll Join You will join a highly collaborative, cross-functional Product organization focused on advancing AI-enabled capabilities and insights across Envestnet's wealth management platform. In this role, you will own how AI and insights-driven features show up across the Enterprise/Advisor, RIA, and Planning lines, while helping define the initial AI-driven capabilities for asset manager distribution intelligence (WDP). You will partner closely with the Product leaders who own each line, plus Data Product, Data Science, Engineering, Integrations, and Design teams, to deliver scalable, platform-agnostic solutions across the Envestnet Advisor Portal, MoneyGuide, and Tamarac. This fast-paced, forward-thinking environment emphasizes strong collaboration, technical partnership, and a shared focus on delivering measurable outcomes and enhanced advisor experiences.
How You'll Contribute Contributes to the development and execution of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Envestnet technology solutions. Partners with internal stakeholders and clients gather requirements, translating business needs into clear product enhancements and priorities. Collaborates closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to help ensure products are scalable, secure, and aligned with company and regulatory standards.
Evaluates market trends, competitive offerings, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous product improvement.
• Responsible for developing, managing and optimizing one or more products / product areas.
• Identifies, quantifies and effectively communicates client market opportunities.
• Creates and maintains product vision and roadmap, creates business plans to secure funding, and, develops go-to-market strategies and value proposition.
• Ensures feature alignment across products; manages feature creation and identifies business rules / impact.
• Engages with client-facing sales and implementation colleagues to ensure delivery efforts are aligned with features and feature acceptance criteria.
• Collaborates with other Product Managers to ensure alignment across products; participates in planning and pre/post-planning events.
• Supports testing and partners with revenue and business stakeholders to develop pricing strategies and assess impact on ROI.
• Works with Sales, Marketing and other relevant teams to communicate new products, and develop go-to-market strategy, plans, and training materials.
• Makes end-of-life recommendations for non-performant products.
• Own and drive execution of AI-enabled and insights-driven features across the Enterprise/Advisor (Advisor Portal), RIA (Tamarac), and Planning (MoneyGuide) lines, including decision intelligence and Next Best Action capabilities, with accountability for adoption and measurable business outcomes in each domain.
• Partner with channel Product leaders across Enterprise/Advisor, RIA, and Planning, as well as PMC Solutions stakeholders, to apply AI and insights consistently across products and lines of business, including emerging asset manager distribution intelligence capabilities.
• Identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact AI and insights use cases through stakeholder and customer engagement, including GenAI and agentic workflow opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data Product and Data Science teams to translate models, analytics, and insights into usable product features; ensure outputs are explainable, auditable, and aligned with responsible AI standards.
• Work closely with Integrations and Engineering to surface AI and insights through scalable, API-driven approaches across internal and external platforms.
What You'll Need to Bring - Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
- Product management experience, with ownership of complex, data-driven products or features; experience shipping AI-enabled or analytics products strongly preferred.
- Strong experience working in agile product development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams on technically complex initiatives.
- High data fluency, with experience translating analytics, insights, or models into customer-facing product capabilities; working familiarity with GenAI, LLM-based features, or agentic workflows is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product value and technical concepts clearly.
Nice-to-Haves - Demonstrated experience shipping AI-enabled, analytics, or decision intelligence products (e.g., Next Best Action, recommendations, personalization, or generative AI features) with measurable user adoption.
- Working knowledge of data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics concepts, including the ability to engage meaningfully with model teams on evaluation criteria, feature design, and explainability.
- Experience building or integrating products using APIs and supporting platform-agnostic delivery models.
- Understanding of model lifecycle concepts (training, evaluation, monitoring, drift) and responsible AI practices, including explainability and auditability requirements relevant to regulated financial services environments.
- Background in fintech, wealth management, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience working across multiple products or lines of business rather than a single standalone application.
