About the role

The Lead Physical Therapist is a practicing clinician who provides day-to-day onsite leadership and operational support. In partnership with the Clinical Director, this role supports clinical quality, team communication, clinic operations, patient experience, and company initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and model high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Serve as the onsite point person for routine operational, staffing, scheduling, and patient needs.
  • Lead staff meetings and communicate clinic updates, concerns, and proposed solutions to leadership.
  • Monitor schedules, capacity, and coverage needs to support patient access and visit goals.
  • Support inventory, supplies, equipment, facilities, technology, and required reporting.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, peer coaching, documentation reviews, and clinical mentorship.
  • Reinforce expectations for professionalism, teamwork, documentation, compliance, and clinic workflows.
  • Support the implementation of company initiatives and quality-improvement activities.

Compensation
  • The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, plus bonus
