Ellie Mental Health in Owings Mills, MD is looking for licensed therapists (LCSW-C and LCPC who are
seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices.
As a supervising Lead Therapist, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000What we offer - Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities include:• Supervising.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20 -25 client visits per week or make as much as you want with more clients.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications and Skills:• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Maryland clinical licensure (LCSW or LCPC).
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
