Your skills
  • Strong HR operations and ER/compliance grounding & previous hands-on experience, deep USA federal, state and local labor law knowledge
  • Deep, hands-on ADP expertise (workflows/config, analytics, payroll alignment)
  • Proven regional HR leadership across the US, preferably in global companies, multiple AMS countries (Canada + LATAM) would be highly valued
  • Track record of leading distributed HR teams (Ops/Payroll, HRBP, TA, L&D) and building scalable structures
  • Data literacy (dashboards, KPI design; familiarity with Power BI, MS Office) and outcome orientation
  • Maturity to balance global standards with local nuances
  • Languages: C1 English required; Spanish /Portuguese/French are strong pluses

Your tasks
  • Lead and develop a regional HR leadership bench ensuring scalable structures, cross-coverage and clear ownership.
  • Shape culture of learning, feedback and accountability; coach managers on leadership.
  • Implement global strategy locally to ensure organization growth
  • Own end-to-end HR people operations standards for the region (employee lifecycle, data quality, policy adoption) and payroll governance including hands-on leadership in ADP
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition ensuring time-to-hire and quality-of-hire are met.
  • Ensure HRBP agenda: ER case management, change support, manager enablement, performance and comp cycles; connect L&D programs to skills gaps and mandatory training completion
  • Oversee multi-country compliance (US multi-state, Canadian provinces, LATAM practices); lead audits, investigations, and corrective actions; maintain documentation and policy harmonization with global HR.
  • Manage KPI dashboards and share monthly HR Performance with AMS leadership
