The Impact You'll MakeAre you an engineer who wants to own the entire development journey of a new technology? As our new Lead Engineer for New Product Development, you will be at the forefront of innovation, taking cutting-edge liquid cooling solutions from an early concept all the way to a fully industrialized, customer-ready product.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of mechanical, electrical, and thermal engineering. You will be a key technical partner for our customers, translating their most complex challenges into elegant, high-performance systems that will shape the future of thermal management.
You won't just be designing a component; you will be the driving force behind a complete system. Your work will directly impact the performance, reliability, and efficiency of next-generation technologies in data centers, power electronics, and high-performance computing.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead the end-to-end development of advanced liquid cooling components and systems, guiding them from the initial concept and design phases through to production readiness.
- Act as a key technical partner for our customers, translating their needs into detailed engineering specifications and robust system architectures.
- Drive critical system-level design decisions, optimizing for thermal efficiency, fluid dynamics, manufacturability, and reliability.
- Define and lead the complete validation and testing strategy, using structured problem-solving to resolve technical challenges and ensure flawless performance.
- Lead cross-functional technical reviews, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with our component, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
What We're Looking For- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical (Master degree preferred), Thermal, Mechatronic, or a related engineering field, with at least 8 years of experience in system or sub-system development.
- Deep expertise in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal system design, preferably with experience in liquid cooling.
- Track record of successfully completed new product development projects and strong experience in accelerating execution of NPD activities
- Proficiency with CAD software (like SolidWorks or Creo) and familiarity with simulation tools for CFD and thermal analysis.
- Proven experience working directly with customers to define technical requirements and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience of working with global peers and leading specific subject-matter expertise as global expert
What You'll Get from Us- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You'll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
