We are currently seeking a
Lead .NET / WPE Engineer (FTE / Hybrid) to join our team in
Charlotte,
North Carolina (US-NC),
United States (US).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:- We are looking for a senior-level engineer who can provide hands-on development and technical leadership, with a strong background in:
- C# and .NET/.NET Core
- WPF desktop application development, including MVVM, data binding, and UI architecture
- Enterprise-scale application design and development
- MongoDB
- REST APIs and integration patterns
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Application modernization and technical debt reduction
- Technical leadership, including design discussions, code reviews, and mentoring
- Experience with Azure, SQL Server, enterprise document management/workflow applications, and AI-assisted development tools is also desirable.
- The resource should be able to work collaboratively with architects, product owners, infrastructure, QA, SRE, and application support teams while remaining hands-on with engineering and delivery.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years .NET experience
- 5+ years WPF desktop application development experience
- Technical degree or additional experience
- Excellent communication skills
#LI-NorthAmericaNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $83,520.00 - $125,280.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
