Full Job Description
Titre du poste: Lead de design et conception - Aérospatiale
Lieu: Mirabel (mode hybride, 3 jours par semaine)

Vous serez appelé(e) à :
  • Promouvoir et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques d'ingénierie ainsi que la standardisation au sein des équipes
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus de conception, de la qualité des livrables et de l'efficacité de la coordination
  • Contribuer aux initiatives d'optimisation des processus (outils, flux de travail, gouvernance)
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre des principes Lean
  • Piloter les leçons apprises et les boucles de rétroaction continue afin d'améliorer les livrables futurs
  • Améliorer la qualité des données, la production de rapports et la traçabilité des livrables d'ingénierie
  • Encourager l'innovation et la numérisation (automatisation, tableaux de bord, outils)

Tâches :
  • Coordonner les activités entre les équipes de structures, systèmes, contraintes (stress) et conception
  • Gérer les interfaces entre les composants et les systèmes
  • Assurer la cohérence des solutions de conception et le respect des contraintes d'intégration

Conformité :
  • Assurer le respect des normes du client ainsi que des exigences en matière de sécurité et de navigabilité
  • Valider que les livrables techniques répondent aux exigences de performance et aux contraintes de certification


Planification et gestion de la performance :
  • Définir et suivre les jalons d'ingénierie ainsi que l'échéancier des livrables
  • Assurer le respect des délais de livraison (OTD - livraison à temps) et la qualité dès la première fois (FTR)
  • Identifier les risques et soutenir les actions d'atténuation

Gestion des parties prenantes et des fournisseurs :
  • Interagir avec les équipes d'ingénierie, les fournisseurs et les équipes offshore
  • Coordonner la résolution des enjeux techniques et des dépendances
  • Assurer l'alignement entre toutes les parties prenantes

Revues de conception et validation :
  • Diriger et participer aux revues de conception ainsi qu'aux activités de validation technique
  • Veiller à l'exactitude technique, au respect des exigences et à la disponibilité des preuves justificatives

Outils et environnement :
  • Outils PLM (CATIA, ENOVIA ou équivalent)
  • Flux de travail d'ingénierie et processus de mise en production
  • Normes aérospatiales et cadres de certification
  • Gestion du changement / amélioration continue


Exigences :
  • Baccalauréat en génie aéronautique, mécanique ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de dix (10) ans d'expérience en conception d'avions commerciaux ou d'affaires
  • Excellente connaissance des structures d'aéronef et de l'installation des systèmes
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes
  • Connaissances en mécanique des matériaux, analyse de contraintes et matériaux composites
  • Expérience en bureau d'études (conception ou contraintes) des structures d'aéronef (cellule)
  • Maîtrise avancée de CATIA V5 ou d'un logiciel CAO similaire
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en étant un bon joueur d'équipe
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (parlé et écrit). Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout
  • Personne dynamique avec d'excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, et un grand sens de l'engagement
  • Capacité à assumer des responsabilités tout en travaillant de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique avec partenaires et fournisseurs

You will

  • Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First time right (FTR)
  • Identify risks and support mitigation actions

Stakeholder & Supplier Management
  • Interface with engineering teams, suppliers and offshore teams
  • Coordinate resolution of technical issues and dependencies
  • Ensure alignment across all stakeholders

Design Reviews & Validation
  • Lead and participate In design reviews and technical validation activities
  • Ensure, Technical accuracy. Compliance with requirements, Availability of supporting evidence

Tools and Environment:
  • PLM tools (CATIA, ENOVIA or equivalent)
  • Engineering workflows and release processes
  • Aerospace standards and certification frameworks
  • Change management/Continuous Improvement


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years design experience in commercial / business aircraft.
  • You have excellent knowledge of aircraft structure and system installation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in mechanics of material, stress analysis and composite materials.
  • Knowledge in design office (design or stress) of aircraft structures (Airframe).
  • Extensive knowledge in CATIA V5 or similar CAD Software.
  • You are able to work autonomously and be a good teammate.
  • You have a good command of English language (written and spoken). Being completely bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
  • You are an upbeat person with excellent communication and social skills, and a high sense of dedication. You have a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a fast-paced partner/supplier team environment.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $102,910- $136,501 CAD / year pending on # of years experience.
