Responsibilities
Develop, optimize and localize content design and user experience (UX) writing strategies for ad monetization products. Conduct data analysis, user research, and competitive analysis, to develop solutions that improve ad content clarity and quality, user engagement, conversion, and revenue. Apply user insights to craft and edit clear and concise user experience/user interface (UX/UI) texts. Drive collaboration across geographically diverse, internal teams, including facilitating workshops, design reviews, and strategy sessions to ensure a cohesive product narrative and timely project execution. Devise content design workflows to automate tasks, accelerate prototyping, and streamline cross-team engagement. Monitor and evaluate ad performance and iteratively improve advertising content. Establish content and style guidelines to support scalable and high-quality ad content solutions across markets. Mentor junior-level team members and share content design best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Working with designers and engineers to develop UX/UI content, including modals, badges, banners, tool tips, error messages, site navigation, mobile applications content, desktop content, feature names, notifications, and emails; Creating and maintaining content strategy guidelines and terminology glossaries; Planning and facilitating user interviews, usability research, usability tests, A/B tests, and testing to validate content decisions; Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and translation team, to develop UX/UI contents that are localized to assist users in a specific market; Analyzing and presenting complex data and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences; and Project management, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $236288 - $272000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
