Full Job Description
About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Connectivity and Integrations product area with a focus on enabling Canary to expand its addressable market and to pursue new integrations that unlock new staff-facing and guest-facing workflows. This is a key strategic role that will work across the product team and cross-functionally with our sales, customer success, and implementations teams. As Product Lead over our Connectivity team, you will have a direct impact in charting the growth trajectory for Canary and supporting new product initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Canary's third-party integrations across reservation platforms, payment gateways, and other adjacent hospitality integrations.
  • Serve as the platform product manager for integrations across all Canary products, defining shared frameworks and reusable APIs so product teams can connect to any partner system without rebuilding from scratch.
  • Prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer demand, enterprise brand requirements, and revenue impact.
  • Own the relationships with integration partners including technical scoping, testing + certification, and managing each partnership across the integration lifecycle.
  • Partner with product teams to ensure integrations meet each product's needs while keeping the underlying platform consistent and maintainable.
  • Define and track integration health metrics - data accuracy, sync reliability, uptime, latency, and coverage - surfacing actionable improvements before customers feel the impact.
  • Represent the integrations roadmap to enterprise customers, sales, and customer success translating technical constraints into clear commitments and realistic timelines.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in product management, including experience owning platform, API, or integration products.
  • Hands-on experience with third-party system integrations - ideally PMS, CRS, or payment gateways/processors, or comparable B2B ecosystems (fintech rails, ERP, EHR, or similar).
  • Enough technical depth to go deep with engineers on APIs, webhooks, data modeling, authentication, and integration architecture - and to ask the right questions.
  • A track record as a platform PM serving multiple internal product teams as your customers, balancing competing needs against a single coherent platform vision.
  • Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships, including technical scoping and certification processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort connecting integration reliability and coverage to customer and business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
  • Experience in hospitality technology (PMS, CRS, or payments) is a strong plus.

Compensation

Target cash compensation ranges from $210,000 - $260,000, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly.

This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval.

Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.

We also work hard to ensure Canary is a fun and exciting place to work! Here are some of the additional benefits:

Canary Days: As a company we want to ensure that the team has time to recharge. Each month we provide company wide days off to ensure there is at least one extended weekend or day off.

Self Improvement Club: We meet each month and share our personal goals for the month. Each individual is provided a budget towards any purchases that help us achieve these goals.

Professional Development Chats: We provide budget to help drive cross functional professional development conversations across the organization.

Travel Reimbursement: Team members are able to visit our offices across New York, San Francisco or Dallas when they choose, and are provided a travel stipend for doing so. Spend time working with the team in their office, and use the rest of your time exploring a new city!

Personal Travel Reimbursement: If you stay at a hotel that Canary works with, we provide a credit towards your stay.

About Canary Technologies

One Canada Square is a skyscraper in Canary Wharf, London. It was completed in 1991 and is the third tallest building in the United Kingdom at 770 feet above ground level containing 50 storeys. One Canada Square was designed by César Pelli with Adamson Associates and Frederick Gibberd Coombes. The building is clad with stainless steel. One of the predominant features of the building is the pyramid roof, which contains a flashing aircraft warning light, a rare feature for buildings in the United Kingdom. The distinctive pyramid pinnacle is 800 feet above sea level. One Canada Square is primarily used for offices, though there are some retail units on the lower ground floor. There is no observation floor. It is a prestigious location for offices and as of October 2017 was completely let. The building is recognised as a London landmark, and it has gained much attention through film, television, and other media as one of the tallest buildings in the United Kingdom.
