Position Summary:

The Lead Analyst, Analysis and Efficiencies within Government Program Operations, plays a pivotal role in advancing operational excellence across government programs including Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange. This position serves as a key technical and analytical resource, helping translate strategic direction into actionable insights for the analyst team. The Lead Analyst supports the Manager by guiding peers through complex analytical work, fostering best practices, and promoting efficient, compliant processes. By mentoring team members and contributing to scalable, data-driven solutions, the Lead Analyst ensures the organization can meet evolving regulatory requirements and operational demands with consistency and precision.

Position Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Oversight
  • Mentor a team of 5-7 analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for analyst questions and issues.

Operational Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Lead efforts to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements across government program operations.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to design and implement automated solutions and scalable workflows.
  • Validate accuracy and integrity of outgoing deliverables, including reports and operational tools.

Regulatory & Technical Alignment
  • Interpret CMS and state guidance and ensure analyst team understands and applies regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to confirm system capabilities align with compliance and client needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with compliance, product, sales, marketing, underwriting, implementation, client services, and clinical operations to support operational enhancements.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Oversee complex data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop detailed specifications for reports and dashboards that support decision-making.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in data-driven insights provided by the analyst team.
  • Responsible for adherence to the Judi Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.

$120,000-$150,000 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range

$110,400-$138,000 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range

$100,400-$125,500 USD
