Who You AreThis position is responsible for all aspects of coordinating, tracking, dismissing violations at different agencies, and attending hearings. Typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.
What You'll DoThe tasks that are the responsibility of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying all items needed in order to dismiss violations
- Offering clients clear and concise remedies for violations
- Creating and maintaining violation spreadsheets
- Problem solving for violations
- Attending client meetings
- Participating in client conference calls
- Attending DOB meetings with borough commissioners/Division Chiefs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Coordinating with other divisions within the office if needed in order to dismiss violations.
- Coordinating post approval amendments (PAAs) with Project Coordination and Project Management, if needed, in order to dismiss violations
- Attending hearings in all boroughs
- Intra- and Inter- Departmental Assistance, as needed
What You Bring- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform required duties and responsibilities
- Basic working knowledge of MS programs including Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- A Bachelor's Degree or Class 2 DOB ID or relevant experience
What We OfferSalary range: $75k - $100k
