LCNC Developer Intermediate Summary: Develops and sustains LCNC capabilities by configuring workflows, interfaces, records, integrations, business rules, and reusable components that support modernization and secure mission delivery.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems
  • 6+ Years of software engineering, including at least 3+ years of hands-on Appian development.
  • Appian Associate certification and Comp Tia Security+
  • Experience with interfaces, process models, records, rules, integrations, data objects, reusable components, Agile stories, unit testing, peer review, releases, defect resolution, production troubleshooting, and requirements translation.
  • Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
  • Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$160,000-$170,000 USD

Many of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens. In addition, applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
