JOB SUMMARYAs a Launch Manager, you will turn new supply opportunities into scaled, high-value marketplace programs-from initial pilot through incubation and growth, until they become established sellers on B-Stock. Supply comes to B-Stock directly from brands and channel partners with extensive brand networks, and you'll own these relationships post-sale. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you'll partner closely with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Project Management to deliver successful launches and build momentum on the platform. You'll pair strategic thinking with hands-on execution, advising brands on how to succeed on B-Stock and driving the work needed to scale their programs. You'll also build the launch engine itself, using AI to automate the repeatable parts of intake, pilot setup, and performance tracking so each new program launches faster than the last. This person reports directly to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations.
