Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to analyze technical, programmatic, schedule, labor, and cost data for cost estimates.
• Skills in performing complex calculations and mathematical modeling for decision-making.
• Experience identifying and quantifying production, material, and labor expenses.
• Excellent verbal, written, and quantitative analytical communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to function independently and collaboratively within a team.
• U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI with CI poly are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse cost and economic analyses for budget formulation and management level briefings.
• Interface with government project officers and commercial vendors for program support.
• Collaborate within a cost analyst team on estimating and engineering support tasks.
• Maintain and update government financial tools and applications as necessary.
• Develop financial communications for various government levels, including Congressional Committees.
• Conduct parametric cost estimating, life cycle cost analysis, and cost-benefit analysis among other methodologies.
• Assist in preparing key budget documentation such as the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB).
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of financial and program changes across defense execution years.
