Full Job Description
AS A REGIONAL MANAGER
You will be responsible for the overall customer experience while working closely with Area Managers to ensure the delivery of contracted services as promised and within budget.

REGIONAL MANAGER DUTIES INCLUDE
Manage and direct Overall Customer Experience
Direct initial Site Assessments to determine what our program will fix and won't
Lead new customer orientation. Align customer expectations with program deliverables: Who, What, When, Why
Manage overall program execution according to SOS
Perform regular site audits to ensure quality standards
Create and manage Opportunity Pipeline per property
Work with customer to establish annual enhancement budget
Photo document growth and improvement of key areas per property annually
Proactively communicate property issues, upcoming services, etc. w/ Customers and AMs
Oversee prompt response to customer generated issues and manage appropriate resolution
Conduct annual contract review and renewal with customers
Direct and assist Area Managers daily
Work with Area Managers to meet or exceed property GM budgets
Participate in meetings and assist Division Manager in overall leadership of the Division
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
3-5 years related industry experience.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
