Senior Traditional Labor Associate

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Traditional Labor Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our labor practice, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and advancing their labor-related interests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance and representation in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration
• Defend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Develop and implement effective labor strategies, working closely with clients to achieve their goals
• Conduct thorough research and analysis, providing insightful recommendations to clients

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in traditional labor law, with a focus on collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration
• Excellent academic credentials, with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the Colorado Bar
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of success in labor-related matters
