An established law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its growing Florida practice.
The successful candidate will work on behalf of employers across a broad range of workplace and employment matters within an established management-side practice.
Requirements - 3+ years of Labor & Employment experience.
- Management-side or employment defense experience.
- Experience handling matters involving harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
- Strong understanding of employment law and workplace disputes.
- Ability to manage employment matters effectively.
