The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with 3 to 7 years of experience for our Sacramento office. You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group. The Day-To-Day

As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

You Have

  • 3 to 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience, ideally working on single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions.
  • The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.
  • Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California.

The salary range for this role is $260,000 to $360,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
