Labor & Employment Associate (2-7 years) - Wage & Hour / Class Action Litigation
Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with approximately 1000 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Labor and Employment Associate with 2-7 years of Wage & Hour/Class Action Litigation experience for a position in its Seattle office. You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group.
You Have
-2-7 years of labor and employment experience, focusing for a substantial portion of that time on wage and hour/class action litigation.
-The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.
-Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems.
-Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills required.
-Admission to the Washington Bar or the ability to waive in (required)

SEATTLE
The salary range for this role is $235,000 to $360,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
