What you will enjoy doing*- You will manage all Quality Control laboratories operations
- Oversee the development and improvement of current analytical processes and equipment
- Provide laboratory personnel with technical assistance and training
- You will manage the Development, revision, overseeing and maintenance of standard operating procedures
- Facilitate the development of new products with conjunction of R&D
- Assist Sales/customer service with quotes, technical assistance, and customer inquiries
- You will assist Lab Manager with departmental policies, annual budget, pricing, product development, and product improvement.
- Asset Management to ensure property inventory levels are maintained.
- Investigation and implementation of resolutions for Quality Incidents.
What makes you great - Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science required
- You need a minimum 5 years' experience in managing analytical personnel, preferably for a major specialty gas producer.
- Managerial skills dealing with technical and analytical personnel.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience in most common methods of gas production and analysis is required.
- You must have the ability to motivate personnel to provide high quality products on time and in a safe environment

Pay range: $69,750 - $93,000 yearly, based on experience
