Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Provides leadership and direction through managers to ensure that overall marketing function is effectively meeting the organization's strategic goals for a segment/ functional area Directs the assessment of market sizing and opportunity definition for implant product upgrades. Development of market requirements for new implant product upgrade opportunities. Includes leading product strategy definition, requirement analysis, and pricing strategies. Directs and aligns the activities of a segment/functional area and leads effective marketing and engineering teams, including alignment with product unit teams. Directs the development of segment/functional business plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share. Recommends to GM how to most effectively deploy resources to achieve business goals for a segment/ functional area Monitors market research, competitive activity and identifies/evaluates customer needs; assess competitive advantages and recommends techniques and product enhancements to increase market penetration. Works with account teams and business management leadership to develop pricing strategies while enhancing profit margins and creating a pipeline of meeting customer requirements and value realization Drives effective interface with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements Ability to assess feedback from several diverse sources (FSO, PSE, GPS/TPS, CE) to assess potential HVP and in-fab trends of tool install base(s).

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
