About the Opportunity: The KPO Engineer supports the Kaizen initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing lean tools. They work closely with the Site KPO Leader to execute continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities: - Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for waste reduction.
- Develop and implement lean tools (5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
- Support Kaizen workshops and document improvements.
- Provide technical expertise in process improvement and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Must be self-motivated, result oriented with a sense of urgency and adaptability
- Understanding of mechanical, components, machine design & building Mechanical, wiring, plumbing including pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge.
- Operating knowledge of the following machines such as manual lathes, mills, saws, press brakes, welding machines and all power tools is preferred.
- Process improvements which include, people, material and information flow, mistake proofing, quick change fixturing, standardization, quick and hands-free clamping, and hands-free loading and unloading.
- Travel to other Pursuit sites to participate and lead kaizen workshops.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- +5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
Preferred Qualifications: - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- CAD knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.
- Must be able to work primarily on shop floor environment.
Working Conditions: - Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to travel between locations or to suppliers up to 25% of time.
