  • Strong troubleshooting skills for workbook build and deployment
  • Deep understanding of business requirements and proposal development
  • Familiarity with AI modules, specifically related to Demand.AI
  • Proven experience in interpreting business requirements and asking critical questions
  • Knowledge of functional design and build principles

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy workbooks while troubleshooting issues for daily support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose solutions
  • Provide production support for ongoing issues without administrative tasks
  • Detail AI module capabilities in Kinaxis to inform future strategic direction
  • Engage in stakeholder meetings that may extend beyond regular hours when necessary

Full Job Description
Nutanix | Kinaxis BA (Onshore)1
  • Experience in Workbook build and deploy, should be able to troubleshoot workbooks for daily support, as well as build new ones
  • Needs to understand Business Requirements and vision and come up with proposals within the KINAIXS environment.
  • Provide Production support for any other issues (No Admin work needed)
  • Should be able to provide details about AI modules in KINAXIS to set the future roadmap (Demand.AI)
  • An absolute must to be able to interpret business requirements and ask the right questions. Must know all aspects of the functional side of Design to Build.
  • PST Hours Coverage (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM PST) with extended stakeholders meetings post 05:00 PM (If planned)
