Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the Ulta business, managing day-to-day account performance and delivering sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Ulta buying teams and key stakeholders.
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive distribution, placement, promotions, and retail sales.
  • Leverage business insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to support decision-making and account growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to execute key initiatives and product launches.
  • Operate independently, proactively solving challenges and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Own and grow the Ulta business, managing day-to-day account performance and delivering sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Ulta buying teams and key stakeholders.
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

The salary rangefor this role is $100,000.00 and $115,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
