What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a
Key Account Manager. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in
Toronto, Canada. Reporting directly to the SVP of Global Enterprise Management, the Key Account Manager works collaboratively with the broader Account Management team to ensure clients have access to our full suite of offerings including Treasury Management and Risk solutions. The succussful candidate will also work with key areas of the business including Sales and Sales Enablement, Compliance, Cross Border Support and other Functional Departments such as Marketing, Product and Technical Sales, to ensure fulsome account management and adding value throughout the partnership.

Role ResponsibilitiesPartnership in Focus - Adding Value - Driving results through exceptional relationship-building and communication skills; detail and action oriented, organized, manages multiple priorities, client expectations and escalations. Ensures positive team dynamics; liaise with many Cross Functional departments.
- Using data and metrics to drive profitability, create and manage proposals, aids partner Sales teams, secures revenue streams at both partner and downstream client levels.
- Assisting the Account Management team, as needed, as they support clients throughout the entire payment process; understands Corpay Go-To-Market strategies, workflow solutioning, API integration, Corpay Product and Services offerings and drives adoption.
- Analyzing requests and provide timely information and resolutions
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information.

Administration - Accuracy and Efficiency - Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to deliver prompt and informative responses to clients
- Working with internal teams to respond/resolve queries in a timely and professional manner; maintain SLA's.
- Adherence to Compliance, Legal and Regulatory obligations. Perform customer verifications; 'Know Your Customer'; be compliant with every task.
- Ability to successfully handle obstacles, move milestones through established process with accuracy; suggest improvements in processes.
Customer Satisfaction - Deliver Unanticipated Value - Providing professional service, managing internal hurdles invisibly to the client.
- Working quickly to resolve customer issues
- Proactively monitor systems and processes within internal systems to ensure outstanding issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Providing feedback to management on customer's experience and preferences for communication, appreciation, and web content
Qualifications & Skills- 5+ years of experience in account management
- Experience in Payments
- Experience in FX
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and time sensitive queries; ownership until resolution

Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $115,000 to $130,000.
