ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES: • Support senior EM & FX traders with daily responsibilities and medium-term projects• Learning trading intricacies of FX and EM markets in preparation of market making trading role. • Help develop quantitative tools and models to optimize trading, reduce risk increase profitability• Manage trade bookings, fixing positions and cumulative desk risk• Engage in pricing and hedging of EM and G-10 FX & EM Rate derivatives. • Work closely with the sales team to develop the efx and voice client franchise. • Quantitative Analysis - systematic analysis of client flows to build trading strategies.
