Primary Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced UiPath Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This role will lead automation initiatives from discovery through production support, mentor junior developers, and help mature our RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, governance, and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components (REFramework, Queues, Assets, Triggers)
Integrate UiPath bots with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, ERP/CRM platforms, document processing tools such as Document Understanding/IXP)
Support RPA CoE governance: documentation standards, PDD/SDD creation, ROI tracking, and pipeline intake processes
Stay current with UiPath platform updates (Automation Cloud, AI Center, Action Center, Test Suite) and recommend adoption where relevant
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 2-4 years of experience.
2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience, with 2+ years specifically in UiPath
UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Robot deployment/administration
Experience with UiPath, Ansible, AWS console, Elastic, AWS, Azure, Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket and various cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings
Certifications
UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect
