What Will I Do?- Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical problems accurately and efficiently
- Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
- Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area
- Educating and offering the customer appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at the scheduled time
- Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
- Document work completed with before and after photos
- Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods
- Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Join the on-call rotation.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Do I have What it Takes?- Two (2) years of residential Electrical Service background
- Must have an Electrical license.
- Exceptional Technician: intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, no problem wearing a uniform, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized - 'what next' attitude!
- Possess the necessary tools, knowledge & drive to exceed industry standards
- Be able to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, able to lift over 75 lbs, and work in tough environments like the summer heat & winter cold.
