***Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus***
Sign-On Bonus Details: 25% after 90 days, $1000 a month for each month after until complete.

What Will I Do?
Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical problems accurately and efficiently
Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area
Educating and offering the customer appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at the scheduled time
Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
Document work completed with before and after photos
Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods
Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
Keep your truck inventory up to date.
Properly complete paperwork.
Join the on-call rotation.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Have and maintain a clean driving record.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Do I have What it Takes?
Two (2) years of residential Electrical Service background
Must have an Electrical license.
Exceptional Technician: intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, no problem wearing a uniform, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized - 'what next' attitude!
Possess the necessary tools, knowledge & drive to exceed industry standards
Be able to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, able to lift over 75 lbs, and work in tough environments like the summer heat & winter cold.
