Joint Programs - Senior Program Coordinator Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company's Joint Union Program Administration division is currently seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to join their Career Development team in Seattle, WA. Position Responsibilities: • Perform activities to plan, design, deliver and maintain Joint Program projects to improve the technical competence of the workforce • Facilitate and assist with the collaboration of Career Guide Reviews. Determining job tasks, activities, and required training • Build cross functional and cross organizational partnerships with Hourly Workforce, Hourly Skill Teams, enterprise functional partners and business leaders • Maintain/update IAM Career Guide descriptions within Career Explorer. • Establish partnerships within Boeing, the unions, and the external community to provide services as chartered by Boeing bargaining agreements • Communicate Joint Program products and services to represented employees, union staff, Boeing management and external organizations • Partner with employees performing activities to plan, design, deliver and maintain Joint Program projects to improve the technical competence of the workforce • Acquire resources for projects/processes and lead process improvements • Influence change across multiple teams • Willing to support projects on 2nd and 3rd shift when needed Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): • 3+ years of experience solving problems and generating alternatives • 3+ years of experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment • 3+ years of experience in facilitating or helping to lead process improvement activities • Proficient in MS Office Products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams • 3+ years of experience implementing Safety Improvements in a manufacturing environment • 1+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans • Experience working with collective bargaining agreements and/or IAM/Boeing Joint Programs activities • Experience leading groups, teams or activities • Experience in project management Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Pay & Benefits: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
