Position Location: MacDill AFB, FL (On-site)About the Role: The Joint Operations Readiness (Senior) supports planning and execution of joint SOF training and readiness events, contributing to exercise design and operational integration.
Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Support joint exercise planning and execution.
- Develop training scenarios and objectives.
- Coordinate across joint/interagency partners.
- Support readiness assessments and reporting.
Experience Requirements: - 10+ years SOF experience.
- Former E-7+/CW2+/O-3+.
- 3+ years JTS experience.
Education Requirements:Other Required Skills & Abilities: - Exercise control (EXCON) experience. (preferred)
- Training development and scenario writing. (preferred)
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Security Clearance Requirements:Top Secret Clearance
US Citizenship Requirements:This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
