Job Description:

Position Summary

Jefferson Radiology is actively recruiting a Neuroradiologist to join a team of fellowship-trained, CAQ-certified Neuroradiologists to support our growing practice in Connecticut. We operate on a hybrid-subspecialty model, allowing our physicians to self-select a personalized level of Neuro sub-specialization-ranging from a pure Neuroradiology position to a hybrid General-Neuro role.

This is an excellent Neuro only opportunity with flexible tele, hybrid, or onsite scheduling options, in a friendly and collegial section that fosters collaboration, work-life balance, and academic growth. Neuroradiology fellows are encouraged to apply.

Jefferson has a collaborative, physician-led culture with national support infrastructure with uncapped earning potential with a pathway to partnership with profit-sharing opportunities. We recently implemented a significant compensation increase, including the introduction of Time-Based Work Units (TBWU). Residents and/or Fellows are encouraged to apply.

We are proud of our positive, supportive work environment and are looking for a teammate who shares our commitment to collegiality and collaboration. We prioritize fairness, transparency, and work-life balance in both scheduling and coverage.
  • Salary Range with a base of $625,000.00 for on-site and $600,000.00 for remote with productivity incentives upwards to $1,000,000.00 annually
  • Commencement and/or Retention bonuses up to $100,000 collectively
  • This position involves exclusive coverage of Neuroradiology cases.
  • We offer flexible work arrangements: onsite, hybrid, or remote teleradiology
  • Multiple scheduling models available to fit your lifestyle
  • 7 on/ 7 off
  • 7 on/ 14 off
  • Monday - Friday with weekend commitments
  • The daily caseload is reasonable and manageable, consisting primarily of cross-sectional imaging studies, with only occasional plain films (e.g., for valve settings)
  • Case complexity is moderate and typical for a community-based health system.
  • Productivity is supported by a strong volume of outpatient MRI cases, offering consistently high RVU generation.
  • No procedures required
  • Opportunities to read non-neuro cases or participate in moonlighting for additional compensation
  • Our onsite radiology residency program offers opportunities for teaching and academic engagement
  • One-year partnership track
  • We offer a highly competitive compensation package, generous vacation time, and a comprehensive benefits program, including retirement savings plans, medical insurance, and more.
  • A commencement bonus is also available to help ease the transition into your new role.
