This position involves a set of dynamic responsibilities, including business process improvement, solutions design and implementation, report requirements gathering and building, and support/development of systems interfaces. Functional scope is the JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne Financial functionality/modules. Work closely with users and other IT professionals to provide JD Edwards functional/technical support and solutions. JDE EnterpriseOne release 8.10 or higher knowledge is required.
- Troubleshoot issues and system bugs and provide direction for work-arounds, corrections and enhancements.
- Coordinate service delivery with the infrastructure and the service desk team.
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements
- Support project initiatives in the business functional area throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure availability and performance of business applications.
Job Requirements (Education, training and/or skills):
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related area.
- Must have 5+ years of extensive experience in EnterpriseOne versions, including design, configuration, and user support for any of the following areas:
- Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, Financials, Service Management
- UPK experience a plus
- Excellent skills in oral and written communication and presentations
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working with business managers in order to evaluate current and planned business processes and initiatives.
- Work well on a team and take on additional tasks as needed
