Key expectations:- Strong hands-on development experience
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Experience building end-to-end applications
- Backend development using Java/Spring Boot or Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
- Frontend development using React
- REST API and Microservices experience
- Strong SQL/database skills
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
- Good understanding of System Design and Application Architecture
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes
