In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill and Experience Java/J2EE, Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Apache Kafka, REST APIs, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, SQL/Oracle, Design Patterns, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle, Unit Testing (JUnit/Mockito), application performance tuning and production troubleshooting.
Strong hands-on experience in designing and architecting scalable Java microservices, event-driven architecture using Kafka producers/consumers, topics, partitions, consumer groups and offset management, API/integration design, resiliency, exception handling, security, logging and distributed-system troubleshooting.
Preferred Skill and Experience AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift, Redis, NoSQL, ELK/Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry, API Gateway, OAuth2/JWT, SonarQube and Agile/Scrum.
Preferred experience leading solution architecture, technical design reviews, modernization of monolithic applications to microservices, cloud/container deployments, performance optimization, observability, DevSecOps and mentoring development teams.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
