Job Details: Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only) • Minimum 3-4 years of extensive experience in Tableau design and development • The candidate must have proven experience in designing and building the structure of dashboards, should be able to suggest on how to present the data, why and find opportunity to get attention to a chart • Candidate should be able to understand the data and then correlate it with business needs and suggest innovative reports and dashboards that will help is faster decision making for the business team Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) 1. Experience in other visualization tools will be an advantage 2. Knowledge of heath care domain will be preferred Desired years of experience : 8+ overall. 3+ in Tableau Education/ Certifications (Required) : Education and Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. or foreign equivalent required Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute: 1. Tableau dashboard and report Design and Development 2. Anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations 3. Work cooperatively and effectively with the project team Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users? Yes What is the team size, make up, culture, soft skills, and dress code, Hours? There will be an offshore team in India. Being in client facing role, good communication skills is a must.
