Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of IT experience with strong knowledge of Windows environments
Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, or MCSE
Advanced working knowledge of ERP software (Epicor preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server is a plus
Experience in ISO 9001:2015 environments preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for documentation and training

Own the network infrastructure by setting up and maintaining network hardware and software
Provide end-user support and training as a 'super-user' and 'train-the-trainer' for IT processes
Maintain security and reliability by enforcing Acceptable Use Policy and managing telephony assets
Support disaster recovery by maintaining and updating the Disaster Recovery Plan
Collaborate across teams by assisting the ERP Administrator and contributing to IT strategy planning
Drive efficiency by evaluating and recommending changes to improve system performance
Administer Office 365 and other critical systems
