Full Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be the central point of contact for providing IT support to a diverse team at the crossroads of technology and food.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Technology, you will be an essential part of our Technical Support Team. Whether you're responding to incidents or pro-actively working to build a better Helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing core IT Support for team members in both New York and New Jersey, ranging from SaaS applications, hardware/software support, user onboarding and training, documentation and continuously striving to empower and enrich our users. As part of the Information Technology team, you will play a key role in promoting employee productivity by providing robust, knowledgeable and timely service.

  • Be the face of the IT Support team and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to all HelloFresh Canada employeesMaintain our office hardware landscape including device and license management

You have...
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant experience. (IT-related certifications are desirable).
    3-5 years' experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
  • Experience with Google Workspace Administration, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Azure Active Directory and InTune, Jamf and AWS
  • Thorough knowledge of computer maintenance (MacOS, Windows, Linux)
  • Service-oriented mindset and get a kick out of helping other people out
