5+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or network administration

Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and support the network infrastructure
Document all systems, accounts, licenses, and configurations
Provide first and last line support for internal and client-related outages
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams
Ensure security and backup of company and client data, maintaining recovery plans
Proactively solve problems before they arise
Support occasional after-hours urgent outages

HEDSouth is growing, and we're looking for an IT Specialist to own the technology that keeps our office, field, and leadership teams running smoothly and securely.

Your Schedule:
Full Time (40hrs/Wk) - We do not short your hours!!!
Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm
Occasional after hours support for urgent outages
