  • Lead the development and refinement of D365 templates, standards, processes, and reusable deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional design risks, dependencies, and complex solution issues.
  • Support ERP implementations, rollouts, acquisitions, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to align requirements, standard processes, and system capabilities.
  • Challenge unnecessary customization and promote standardized, supportable ERP solutions.
  • Evaluate integrations, data flows, reporting, security, controls, and related technologies.
  • Provide architecture recommendations and solution-readiness assessments to leadership.

  • Experience leading solution design across multiple ERP functions, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, or Warehouse Management.
  • Experience governing solution designs delivered by internal teams and implementation partners.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations, rollouts, migrations, acquisitions, or transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of ERP integrations, business processes, data, controls, reporting, and operational support.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to executive, functional, and technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, industrial, engineered-to-order, make-to-stock, or project manufacturing experience.
  • Multi-site or global ERP implementation experience.

  • D365 Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing certifications.
  • Azure, TOGAF, Agile, Lean, or Project Management certifications.
