Job Overview:

Unigen is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting enterprise systems and digital transformation across global hardware manufacturing operations. A key focus of this role will be driving the adoption and optimization of the Atlassian suite-particularly Jira and Confluence-to standardize workflows, improve collaboration, and scale operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Program & Project Delivery


  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex IT initiatives supporting manufacturing, supply
  • chain, and enterprise operations
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
  • Deliver large-scale system implementations and integrations aligned with business and platform roadmaps


  1. Atlassian Suite Implementation & Adoption


  • Lead the rollout and enterprise adoption of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, across engineering, IT, and business teams
  • Design and standardize workflows, issue types, and project structures in Jira to support
  • scalable delivery practices
  • Establish Confluence as a centralized knowledge management platform for
  • documentation, runbooks, and cross-team collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders to migrate legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow or other
  • ticketing/documentation tools) into Jira and Confluence where applicable
  • Develop training programs, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption and long-term usage
  • Continuously optimize Atlassian configurations, automations, and integrations to improve efficiency and visibility


  1. Cross-Functional Leadership


  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT

  • Lead organizational change management efforts tied to new systems and tools, with a strong focus on Atlassian adoption

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management
  • Hands-on experience implementing and scaling Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in an

  • Experience managing integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DevOps,

Preferred

  • Experience in hardware manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor industries
