A key focus of this role will be driving the adoption and optimization of the Atlassian suite-particularly Jira and Confluence-to standardize workflows, improve collaboration, and scale operational efficiency across the organization.

Program & Project Delivery
Lead end-to-end execution of complex IT initiatives supporting manufacturing, supply

Atlassian Suite Implementation & Adoption
Lead the rollout and enterprise adoption of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, across engineering, IT, and business teams
Design and standardize workflows, issue types, and project structures in Jira to support
scalable delivery practices
Establish Confluence as a centralized knowledge management platform for
documentation, runbooks, and cross-team collaboration
Partner with stakeholders to migrate legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow or other
ticketing/documentation tools) into Jira and Confluence where applicable
Develop training programs, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption and long-term usage
