Duties: - Must be able to manage the creation and execution of a project plan for the implementation of a Software as a Service solution hosted by a 3rd party vendor
- Must be able to effectively work with both Business & IT team members in a large enterprise setting to meet project goals with limited supervision
- Must be able to assess, prioritize and complete activities to meet project goals
Must be able to independently and effectively manage all typical project management functions including but not limited to:
- -Scope/Schedule/Time Management
- -Status Reporting
- -Risk & Issue Management
- -Conducting Tollgate Reviews
Skills: - Proven ability to manage an IT project involving 3rd party vendors providing both technical solutions and business process services to a large enterprise company
- Experience with managing the key elements of a SaaS project such as:
- Understanding established corporate data security and risk management guidelines
- Coordinating the definition & implementation of data integration and exchange requirements
- Ensure the impact of business process changes to supporting IT systems are identified
- Support end user testing and solution acceptance activities
- Strong project management experience and 6+ years of experience in IT roles
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of authority
- Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies / environments
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with MS Project and other MS Office Productivity Tools
Education: - Bachelors in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- PMP certification is desired but not required
