IT PMO Manager

What You'll Do- Lead the Portfolio: Manage and oversee projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with executives and stakeholders to influence strategy and outcomes.
- Drive Success: Own budgeting and schedule forecasting, analyze performance, and implement effective solutions for timely delivery.
- Lead Governance and Standards: Define and maintain project delivery standards and methodologies to ensure high-quality, consistent execution.
- Champion Process Improvement: Spearhead transformation initiatives and deliver cross-functional improvements.
- Mentoring and Coaching: Support and develop project managers via training, sharing of best practice, and professional development.
What You'll Bring- Experience:
- 10+ years in project, portfolio, or program management.
- 7-10 years in leadership roles managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Certifications: Agile Scrum and/or PMP (PgMP) certification preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Advanced strategic thinking, problem solving capabilities.
- Expertise in multiple project management methods and tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, Agile-oriented environments.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$145,900.00 - $194,600.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
