Full Job Description

As an IT platform administrator, you play a critical role in the operation, maintenance, development and security of the organization’s IT platforms. Working closely with IT teams, you help ensure the stability, performance and availability of our technology environments. More specifically, you’ll be required to:

  • Administer, configure and maintain IT platforms (on-premises and in the cloud)

  • Ensure the availability, performance and reliability of IT environments

  • Manage access, permissions and security configurations

  • Monitor performance and resolve incidents

  • Develop and maintain automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks

  • Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with IT teams, users and suppliers

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science

  • Experience in IT platform administration

  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms/technologies and security best practices

  • Proficiency in Agile environments: Jira, Confluence

  • Proficiency in Linux environments

  • Proficiency in bash scripting, Python or similar language

  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
