This is an unparalleled opportunity for a dynamic leader to focus on scaling IT operations through mergers and acquisitions while ensuring every transition enhances our ability to advance defense technology innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Plan, execute, and stabilize IT integrations for acquired entities' hardware and software systems, including endpoint devices, servers, communication tools, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments.
  • Lead physical hardware transitions during acquisitions, including IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose), hardware lifecycle management, and provisioning strategies for employee devices (e.g., laptops, mobile devices, specialized hardware).
  • Oversee software portfolio consolidation, ensuring acquired systems-from infrastructure applications to productivity suites-are seamlessly transitioned into Anduril's IT operating model.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for newly integrated employees, ensuring their access to hardware, software, and tools is immediate and secure from day one.
  • Evaluate current and acquired IT systems' readiness, identifying gaps in infrastructure, security, and governance while proposing innovative solutions for harmonized operations.
  • Resolve cultural and technical interdependencies by bridging gaps between Anduril's internal systems, acquired teams, and their existing IT ecosystems.
  • Conduct deep dives into recurring IT pain points post-acquisition and propose automation-focused solutions to streamline IT operations across diverse business units.
  • Establish IT continuity plans to address risks like hardware failures, software outages, and cross-company interdependencies during integration periods.
  • Manage rapid incident responses to ensure operational stability during acquisition transitions.
  • Provide training and documentation that enables stakeholders to adapt quickly to new hardware, software ecosystems, and IT processes.
  • Develop training programs and documentation repositories that elevate team capabilities and safeguard IT processes during rapid growth.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT support plan to ensure seamless service delivery across hardware, software, and IT systems during M&A integrations, balancing efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Operations roles, with 2-3 years of team leadership experience, ideally supporting high-growth technology environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead software migrations, cutovers, and consolidations across critical IT applications.
  • Exceptional ability to negotiate, align, and communicate technical decisions with diverse stakeholders, bridging cultural and process differences across organizations.
  • Adept at tracing dependencies across systems, mitigating risks, and ensuring operational continuity at scale.
  • Due to the nature of work, U.S. Person status is required, as this position needs access to controlled data.
  • Travel required during the key points in the Acquisition process and as needed to ensure hands-on success
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong experience managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Workspace, and Azure in the context of M&A IT integrations and scaling global infrastructure.
  • Expertise in managing enterprise SaaS systems for business operations (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow), ensuring efficient consolidations and integrations during M&A.
  • Understanding of IT compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ITAR) and experience implementing governance frameworks during cross-company integrations.
