Full Job Description
Everforth ECS is seeking a Field Service Representative to work at a remote site in Riverside, CA. There will be a requirement for quarterly trips (2-5 days) to our corporate office in Fairfax, VA.

Everforth ECS is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Representative to support a portfolio of dynamic initiatives for a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) customer, including AI/ML innovation and integration, Gen AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration, User Interface (UI) support. The ideal candidate is a former Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Analyst who has 4-6 years of experience in analyzing and exploiting Full Motion Video and High-Altitude Static Imagery collected from Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms or Department of War imagery analyst who has 2-3 years of experience working jointly with DHS or CBP. Successful candidates may be asked to exploit and analyze Electro-Optical (EO), Infra-Red (IR) imagery, and/or video in support of government customers within PED environments. Candidates must be able to use critical thinking to pinpoint key details and communicate with mission partners effectively, assisting with program integration into intelligence mission environments.

A successful candidate may be required to travel to CONUS sites to conduct training exercises. The candidate is expected to conduct local and distance-based training initiatives and contribute to program development by following principles from the ADDIE and SAM instructional design models. Candidates are expected to have expert communication skills and experience delivering meaningful learning solutions. Successful candidates will also be expected to assist with training program evaluation using methodologies like the Kirkpatrick Model to assess and maximize continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $125,000-150,000
