Yonkers Contracting Company has an immediate opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to supporting a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a small internal IT team, including help desk staff and technical support
Oversee the management, configuration, and optimization of company networks, systems, and security tools, including Meraki, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure infrastructure
Implement and manage security tools, protocols, and best practices
Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely, efficient support for all end-users
Manage technology vendors, service providers, SaaS platforms, and equipment suppliers
Coordinate, collaborate, and execute strategic technical initiatives
Oversee technology onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, equipment deployment, and security-compliant deactivation
Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, licenses, configurations, and disaster recovery processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency and security
