B.S Degree in Information Systems or Business required.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows Server (2003 and higher) and PC maintenance.
Strong customer service skills and organizational ability.
Experience with various Microsoft Office products and HP systems preferred.
Proficient in router, firewall, and VPN configuration.
Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of HP 3000 Mainframe and XA manufacturing software.
Manage PC hardware and peripheral systems, including telephone and voice mail systems.
Ensure nightly backups of business systems and network servers are performed.
Monitor and maintain security access to systems and networks.
Enhance file, print, and mail server operations.
Provide end-user support for business systems and network issues.
Analyze systems and procedures to propose improvements.
