What you will enjoy doing*- Lead the evolution of manufacturing data and analytics, building capabilities that empower a growing aerospace manufacturing business to improve operations performance and decision making
- Partner across Operations, Engineering, Quality and Finance to unlock opportunities to improve overall equipment effectiveness, productivity, capacity utilization, quality, delivery performance and manufacturing costs
- Shape and maintain a modern, scalable data architecture using Microsoft Fabric, Apache Spark and cloud-based technologies to support current and future business needs
- You will connect data across the manufacturing ecosystem, integrating enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution system (MES), SCADA, quality, Internet of Things (IoT) and shop-floor systems to create a unified digital environment
- Turn complex data into actionable insights by developing robust data pipelines, dashboards and analytics solutions that accelerate informed decision-making
- Champion trusted, high-quality data by advancing governance, data quality and security standards that deliver reliable insights across the organization
- Help shape the future of manufacturing analytics by identifying new technologies, analytics opportunities and capabilities that strengthen the organization's long-term digital roadmap
What makes you great - You bring 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, or data integration, with a track record of building solutions that make an impact
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Apache Spark, or comparable modern data platforms, with the ability to turn technology into scalable solutions
- Apply strong SQL and Python skills to solve complex data challenges and develop reliable, high-performing solutions
- Leverage experience connecting manufacturing and enterprise systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution system (MES), SCADA, historians, Internet of Things (IoT) and quality platforms, to create a more connected data environment
- Bring a strong foundation in cloud platforms, data warehousing, ETL / ELT data integration processes and data governance, with a focus on delivering trusted, accessible and well-managed data
- Excel at transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that help leaders make smarter, faster business decisions
- Thrive as a collaborative partner across technical and business teams, building strong relationships and successfully delivering solutions in a manufacturing environment
