Full Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who will play a key role in leading complex technology, ERP initiatives, and the delivery of Enterprise application projects including project support of the latest S/4 HANA solution. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who is comfortable taking ownership, pushing through obstacles, holding stakeholders accountable, and ensuring work gets done. A solid foundation in SAP is required, and the familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus; but the focus of this role is delivery, execution, and leadership rather than configuration.

Responsibilities:
  • Own project scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes, ensuring initiatives stay on track and aligned with business priorities.
  • Review and analyze business processes and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into specifications enabling solution delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development/support teams
    Drive integration across SAP and other enterprise applications
  • Work directly with the business users to gather requirements, coordinate and execute user testing, coordinate and execute user training, and provide end user support.
  • Work directly with technical teams to successfully deliver Enterprise Application Projects to manufacturing sites throughout Flowserve.
  • Actively manage risks, issues, opportunities and change, escalating when needed and pushing for resolution.
  • Evaluate ERP and business processes and drive continuous improvement and standardization across manufacturing operations.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong ERP expertise with the ability to enable scalable, integrated solutions across multiple systems (SAP and non-SAP), while ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and business value realization.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience leading SAP and ERP-related projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to own delivery, make decisions, and move initiatives forward in complex organizations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable operating with urgency, accountability, and ambiguity.
  • Solid project management skills
  • 20-30% of travel required


Preferred:
  • Experience working across multiple ERP platforms or major ERP transformations.
  • Experience integrating ERP systems with external applications.
  • Familiarity with custom development concepts and system enhancements.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations.
