About the job IT Analyst
IT AnalystWe are hiring for a IT Analyst for a global manufacturing Company. Responsibilities include:
- Maintain system documentation including user training & user support documentation and ensure data integrity of manufacturing IT systems.
- Ensure effective coordination with stakeholders including setting up agreements with vendors for platform and database support.
- Responsible for new product setups and change control & configuration management of systems.
- Execute incident & problem investigations ensuring quality solutions with appropriate effective corrective actions
- Support initiatives for process improvement ensuring overall user satisfaction with systems.
- Manage all data flow of serialization data and monitor serialization and track and trace regulatory requirements ensuring the companys compliance.
- Monitor and provide technical support for Serialization systems (Tracelink).
Requirements- Atleast 5-10 years relevant experience
- Ability to read/write EPCIS(XML) files and understanding of GS1 standards.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
